Nicola e Gian Mauro Vacca

Owners of Special Car Group

Nicola and Gian Mauro Vacca lead Special Car Group together, carrying forward the legacy established by their father Gianni in 1974. Since 1989 they have guided its transformation into Sardinia's leading premium automotive network, representing BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Maserati and more. Nicola brings a forward-thinking vision focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth, while Gian Mauro drives operational excellence and the group's premium, customer-oriented retail network. Beyond automotive, they co-manage the family office, with diversified investments in real estate, food, marine, motorcycle, and technology.

Emanuele Naspetti

Entrepreneur, Investor, and Former Formula1 Driver

Emanuele Naspetti is a former Formula 1 driver and entrepreneur with deep roots in the automotive world. His racing career spanned more than 25 years at the highest levels of motorsport — Formula 1, Prototype, GT and Touring Cars — including iconic endurance races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Spa 24 Hours and 12 Hours of Sebring. He then brought the same precision and competitive mindset to business, founding and managing ten companies with over 150 employees and around €100 million in annual turnover, and building a dealership network representing Mercedes-Benz and Iveco. Today he is a key partner in automotive development projects and an active investor across real estate and other sectors.

Entrepreneur and Venture Builder

Alessandro Naspetti is a young entrepreneur and operator with international experience across luxury, automotive, wine, hospitality, and experiential ventures. Based in New York City, he combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business development, creating distinctive concepts and positioning them for sustainable growth.

Through his projects Naspetti has gained extensive experience in shaping new businesses, establishing strategic partnerships, and bringing ideas into market-ready companies.

Today, he leads VENTI21 expansion in the United States, overseeing its strategic development and American operations.

Manager, Corporate Development Manager

Stefano Battistini brings more than fifteen years of experience in international consulting, corporate restructuring and turnaround management, developed across Italy, Poland and France. As former Country Manager of IC & Partners Poland he led an organisation of five subsidiaries and 120 employees, delivering 31% revenue growth and a 140% increase in EBITDA in four years. Since 2019, at Ortigia Holding, he has overseen investment operations in distressed companies, acting as interim CEO throughout restructuring processes. His expertise spans business strategy, internationalisation, process optimisation and negotiations with banks and creditors, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
